• • • All online requests are subject to the stylists’ approval. You DO NOT have an appointment until the online request is ‘approved’

    • We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling. As a courtesy, our booking system sends multiple appointment reminders via text and email at 1 week, 48 and 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We encourage you to reach out as soon as possible if you realize you’re unable to make your scheduled time. Please don’t hesitate to contact the salon or your individual stylist directly. We are always happy to help you find another appointment that works for you. Our stylists reserve this time specifically for you, and last-minute cancellations can be difficult to fill. We truly value your time and simply ask for the same consideration in return. Thank you for respecting our time, our team, and our cancellation policy.

    • No-show/no-call appointments will be charged 100% of services booked. If you no-show/no call an appointment, any future appointments will require a $50 nonrefundable and non-transferable deposit.
    • All appointments require a valid CC on file to book.
    • Convenient parking on street and public parking lots. We suggest leaving a few extra minutes in your travels to ensure you find that perfect spot!
    • Please be respectful of your stylists time. If you are running a few minutes behind schedule, please notify the salon/stylist. We reserve the right to deny service if you are more than 15 minutes late. This will be decided at the stylists discretion.
  • All color correction services will require an in depth consultation with the desired stylist and only approved corrections will be permitted to book an appointment.
  • For the comfort of our clients and staff and the safety of the child, we respectfully request no children in the salon.
  • We are very concerned with the overall safety and well being of not only our clients but our staff as well. Therefore, Feather & Line reserves the right to cancel/reschedule any appointment due to inclement weather. In this event, please check our social media sites to keep up to date. We will do our absolute best to accommodate a new appointment in a timely fashion.

  • We take great pride in the quality of our work and want you to feel confident and happy with your hair. If you feel that an adjustment is needed to your cut or color, please contact us within one week of your original appointment. When appropriate, we will gladly schedule a complimentary adjustment within that grace period. Complimentary adjustments are intended to address something from the original service that may need refining and do not apply to a change of mind, a request for a different cut or color, or services outside of what was originally discussed and agreed upon during your consultation.
